Air Fryer Blueberry Scones with Lemon Glaz

just made the Air Fryer Blueberry Scones with Lemon Glaze. OMG! It’s seriously better than ANY Scones I’ve ever had


  • 1/3 cup butter slightly softened
  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 4 tablespoon milk


  • In a medium bowl, combine the butter, flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir until it become crumbly.
  • Add in the egg, and the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough forms.
  • Stir in the blueberries.
  • Roll the dough, until it is about ½ inch thick. Cut with 2 inch cutter.
  • Place in air fryer basket on parchment paper, or lightly brushed with olive oil.
  • Cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes, until they are golden.
