just made the Air Fryer Blueberry Scones with Lemon Glaze. OMG! It’s seriously better than ANY Scones I’ve ever had
INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup butter slightly softened

1 3/4 cups all purpose flour

1/4 cup sugar

2 teaspoon baking powder

1 large egg

3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

4 tablespoon milk
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a medium bowl, combine the butter, flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir until it become crumbly.

Add in the egg, and the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough forms.

Stir in the blueberries.

Roll the dough, until it is about ½ inch thick. Cut with 2 inch cutter.

Place in air fryer basket on parchment paper, or lightly brushed with olive oil.

Cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes, until they are golden.
