Air Fryer Two Ingredient Dough Bagels

Air Fryer Two Ingredient Bagels are delicious! So easy to make with just two basic ingredients; Greek Yogurt and Self-Rising Flour.

PREPRATION TIME:

PREP TIME10 mins
COOK TIME10 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg, for wash

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

  • 1 tbsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    • In a medium mixing bowl,  combine one cup of self rising-flour and yogurt into a medium bowl. Stir them together with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon until it begins to thicken and forms a ball of dough
    • Place the dough onto a well floured surface and cut into 4 or 6 even pieces of dough. I use a little extra flour on the table so the dough doesn’t stick.
    • Turn the dough into bagels, by rolling each wedge into a small rope, about 6-8 inches in length. Connect the ends of each piece, into a bagel shape circle.

      • Whisk the egg in a small bowl, and then using a pastry brush,  brush bagels with the egg wash.
      • Sprinkle any toppings onto the bagel before you cook them. Next, place the bagels into the air fryer basket.
      • Air fry the bagels at 350 degrees F and cook for about 10 minutes. The bagels will begin to turn golden brown when they are done. Cooking times may vary.

        NOTES;

        If you don’t have self rising flour in your pantry, you can make your own.  For one cup of self rising flour, combine one cup of flour, 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt. Sift the ingredients together.
